Brittany Loaiza, MA Intern
Counselor - Adolescents & Adults
Being able to help people through the struggles they face in life has always been a passion of mine. I believe that every person is inherently good and can change, no matter the circumstance. Helping people learn how to cope with their anxiety, depression, and everyday obstacles is something I strive for. I truly enjoy listening to everyone’s stories and learning about who they are at their core. Together, we can work through the challenges you are facing, and help you learn the skills to flourish in the future. I approach every individual with an open mind because I believe a person is not defined by their behaviors. I wholeheartedly believe that every person was created with a purpose and sometimes help is needed to not only find that purpose but live it out to the best of their ability.
I am a Master’s Level Intern at Liberty University and my projected graduation is in August of 2025. I am a certified coordinator of Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) and a member of the American Association of Christian Counseling (AACC). My passion is to work with individuals and couples who are struggling with the complexities of life. I utilize various counseling techniques to personalize each session to what the individual needs.
After struggling with my own trauma and anxiety, I have become an avid crocheter which has helped relax my mind. I enjoy being outside, eating new foods, and mostly importantly, spending time with my family.
