Yoga Foundations with Jasmine

Yoga Foundations is designed for students interested in beginning a yoga practice! During this small group class, Jasmine will focus on building a strong foundation – exploring common yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindful relaxation practices. As we move at a slow but steady pace, you will be invited to focus your awareness on how these practices make your body feel. The intent for this class is to leave you feeling empowered and calm, as you build confidence, strength, and flexibility, in a safe and welcoming environment.

Nourishing Yoga with Stephanie

This yoga series will provide you with all the pampering you need to relax, rejuvenate, and unwind for the weekend ahead.  Stephanie will blend Yin and Restorative Yoga postures into sequences that will allow for introspection and reflection.

Gentle Yoga with Jasmine

A yoga class lovingly designed to sprinkle a little serenity and self-care into your week!  We will start with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, inviting you to slow down, tune into your breath, and pay attention to your body as you move through a series of gentle yoga stretches. Following that, we’ll ease into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a blissful, guided meditation practice for ultimate relaxation. It’s the perfect recipe to unwind, connect with your body, and set a positive tone for the days ahead.

Hatha Yoga Series with Kerrie

A gentle, structured journey through various poses and mindfulness techniques.  This mind-body connection enhances mental clarity, elevates energy levels, and aids in managing conditions like chronic pain and insomnia.  The benefits of this yoga series are many but the best part is the support received within the group and building new friendships.

This is a 6 week yoga series meeting on Wednesday afternoons.

Inner Balance Meditation
