A gentle, structured journey through various poses and mindfulness techniques.  This mind-body connection enhances mental clarity, elevates energy levels, and aids in managing conditions like chronic pain and insomnia.  The benefits of this yoga series are many but the best part is the support received within the group and building new friendships.

This is a 6 week yoga series meeting on Wednesday afternoons.
