Tracy Lieske, PCSW

Through the Woods Wellness and Counseling

Children & Adults

I am a Licensed Provisional Clinical Social Worker who earned my Master of Social Work from Capella University after two decades of working with the Laramie County School District. I have a natural curiosity about human behavior driven by a genuine desire to support others in creating meaningful, positive change in their lives. In my position as a special needs paraprofessional I learned the value of patience, connection, and understanding the uniqueness of each child. This experience continues to guide my therapeutic approach, creating a safe, nurturing space where children feel understood and supported. In addition, I am passionate about assisting adults who are navigating anxiety and depression. Having experienced my own challenges, I feel empowered in helping others rediscover hope, resilience, and inner strength during times of struggle.

I am a Cheyenne native who approaches life from a grounded, realistic perspective while intentionally seeking the positive in every day. I believe that with compassionate support, encouragement, and a nurturing environment, people can grow into the healthiest and most empowered versions of themselves. It is my intention to offer you a comfortable, welcoming space where I will listen with an open mind and caring heart.

I am grateful to be part of my clients’ journeys as they move toward meaningful growth. When I am not working, I surround myself with family and friends who bring me joy and laughter every day.
