Take a deep breath and give yourself the gift of rest with this calming and restorative 4-class series!
Each week, we’ll explore a mindful blend of gentle movement and Yoga Nidra. These gentle yoga flows will guide you through slow, intentional movements designed to stretch and release tension from the body, while nurturing a deeper connection to your physical self. Following the movement practice, we’ll dive into the soothing stillness of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes profound relaxation, helping you reconnect with your inner calm and enhancing your overall sense of well-being.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, reduce stress, and improve sleep. No prior yoga experience is required—just a willingness to slow down. All props and materials will be provided, and space is limited to 6 students.
