A yoga class lovingly designed to sprinkle a little serenity and self-care into your week! We will start with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, inviting you to slow down, tune into your breath, and pay attention to your body as you move through a series of gentle yoga stretches. Following that, we’ll ease into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a blissful, guided meditation practice for ultimate relaxation. It’s the perfect recipe to unwind, connect with your body, and set a positive tone for the days ahead.
