I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and one of my greatest joys is working with families to help them through the tough parts of life. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I come from an integrative therapeutic background and by utilizing different therapeutic modalities, we can work together to build a helpful tool box of skills.

I enjoy being creative and working to help find ways to reduce anxiety, find hope, and build a strong sense of who you are. Sometimes having a creative outlet can help when the chaos of everyday life gets tough. My hope is to help you make meaningful and mindful choices about how to live your life.
